Montepiano (province of Prato), strong and abundant hailstorm, beans up to about 3 cm. The hailstorm refers to three days ago but there was no news about it previously. It is a small town in the Apennines.
Today there were some hailstorms between Tuscany and Lazio but, from the current news, with small grains, about 1 cm, which therefore we consider not significant.
FRANCE
Les Mees (Department of the Alpes de Haute Provence), abundant hailstorm with deposit on the ground. Not excluding the presence of beans over 2 cm.
SPAIN
Locality Masella-La Molina (Catalonia), dense hailstorm with deposit on the ground and grains up to 2 cm.
SWITZERLAND
Corgemont and surroundings (Canton of Bern), strong hailstorm with grains of about 2 cm in diameter.
TURKEY
Tekirdag, hail showers with beans 1-2 cm max.
